Day 145: Moo!

Ahem, ahem…
(Rooster, chest out, rising sun behind it. Wombat waddling below.)

Cock-a-doodle-doooo! Cock-a-doodle-doooo…!
(Wombat calling, rooster shocked.)

Yawn!
(Cow yawning.)

Gribbit, gribbit!
(Cow startled.)

Gribbit, Grib-
(Cow, goggle-eyed, hoof over mouth.)
(Frog, puzzled, watching it from below.)

WOOF! WOOF!
(Frog watching cow run away.)

Moooo!
(Cat, leaping after frog.)

Tweet, tweet, tweet!
(Sheep, chewing grass.)

Bahhh! Bahhh!
(Ducks.)

Oink! Oink! Snort! Oink!
(Crows)

Boing, boing, boing!
(Snake,)

Hee-haw! Hee-haw!
(Farmer, yelling at animals.)

WHOOOOOOSSSHHHH….!
(Farmer in tractor, small put-put puffs of smoke coming out.)

Cluck, cluck, cluck! Gobble, gobble…
(Everybody looking at farmer running through town street.)

FART!
(Farmer, startled, jumping back from car that almost ran him over. Car horn going FART!)

Squeak, squeak, squeak!
(Man leaning out of window, shaking fist. Farmer is running on.)

Quack! Quack, quack, quack!
(Farmer, wide-eyed, one hand pointing to his mouth, the other behind him, to door, shouting to clam vet.)

(Farmer, goggle-eyed, hands over mouth.)

Koo-koo-koo, ka, ka, ka, koo-ka-koo-ka…
(Farmer, running, leading vet onto farm.)

(Vet standing in middle of yard. Every animal complaining, making noise not of their species.)

Meeoow, purr, purr…
(Vet shrugging her shoulders.)

Gribbit…
(Vet walking off. All farm and bush animals watching her go. Only cow has mouth open/is speaking.)

Well, that was interesting.
(Final image of a little wren (bird) speaking.)
